CHICAGO, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Basis bids for corn were steady to lower and soybean bids were steady in the U.S. Midwest on Friday as trade was slow after the Thanksgiving holiday and ahead of the weekend.
Markets were closed on Thursday for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported weekly net export sales of soybeans for the week ended October 16 at 1,108,000 metric tons.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported weekly net export sales of corn for the week ended October 16 at 3,394,100 metric tons.
U.S. exporters sold 273,988 tons of corn to unknown destinations for 2025/2026 delivery, the USDA reported.

Chicago Board of Trade March corn CH26 was last up 1-3/4 cents to $4.47 a bushel and January soybeans SF26 were 3-3/4 cents higher at $11.35-1/4 a bushel. GRA/
