The Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. David An (Chairman), Mr. Yang Dong, Mr. Zhang Lei, and Mr. Li Wai Keung. Non-executive Directors are Mr. Chung Chak Man, William, and Mr. Hui Hon Chung, Stanley. Independent Non-executive Directors include Mr. Chan Chun Wai, Tony; Ms. Zee Helen; and Ms. Yang Fan. Committee memberships were also announced. Mr. Chan Chun Wai, Tony serves as Chairman of the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees. Ms. Zee Helen and Ms. Yang Fan are members of the Audit Committee, with Ms. Yang Fan also serving on the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Li Wai Keung is a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, while Mr. David An is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
