Zixin (SGX:42W) allotted and issued 194.5 million shares after receiving notices from investors regarding their intention to exercise the company options to subscribe for shares under the share option agreement at SG$0.030 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the sweet potato manufacturing company were down nearly 3% in Friday trading.
Following the allotment and issuance, the company's issued and paid up capital increased to SG$220.3 million, with the new shares listed and quoted on Nov. 28, the filing said.
