New America Acquisition I (NWAX) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 30 million units at $10 apiece.
The blank-check company has granted a 45-day overallotment option to the IPO underwriters to purchase up to 4.5 million additional units.
Each unit consists of one class A common share and one-half of a redeemable public warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.
The class A shares and warrants are expected to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the NWAX and NWAXW tickers, respectively.
New America Acquisition I said it expects the IPO to close Friday.
