Harbin Electric Company Limited has announced an updated list of directors and their respective roles, following recent board changes filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Pan Qi-long has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the audit, remuneration, strategy development, and nomination committees. Mr. Li Xie-hua has been appointed to fill these positions.
