Pacific Edge (ASX:PEB, NZE:PEB) appointed Simon Flood as chairman designate, succeeding Chris Gallaher, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Flood will join the board on Thursday and assume the role of chairman at the conclusion of the next board meeting on Dec. 18, the filing said.
