Kodiak Gas Services (KGS) said Monday that its shareholder, Frontier TopCo Partnership, will offer 9.8 million common shares in Kodiak through an underwritten public offering.
Kodiak said it will not sell any shares or receive proceeds from the offering.
Once the offering is complete, Frontier TopCo Partnership, an affiliate of the EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV funds, will not own Kodiak common shares other than de minimis amounts, the company said, adding that it also won't have the right to nominate members to the company's board.
Kodiak shares were down 3.1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
