Horizon Gold (ASX:HRN) said reverse circulation drilling at its Gum Creek gold project in Western Australia encountered significant shallow gold intercepts, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
A total of 55 reverse circulation holes for 4,352 meters were drilled at the Goldfinch, Robin, Thornbill West, and Toucan prospects.
Intercepts included 11 meters at 3.18 grams per tonne grade of gold from 84 meters, as well as seven meters at 2.46 g/t grade of gold from 27 meters.
Its diamond drilling program at Kingfisher, which seeks to extend known gold mineralization downplunge of previous high-grade intercepts, is progressing.
