Far East (SGX:5TJ) said its dormant indirect subsidiary, Far East Enterprise (Penang) will undergo a members' voluntary winding up, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Lau Chin Lee of PY Management Services was appointed as the liquidator of the subsidiary.

The subsidiary had been deriving rental income from a property, which was its sole source of revenue. However, following the disposal of the property in 2024, FEE had become dormant.
