Ichigo Office REIT Investment (TYO:8975) portfolio occupancy slipped to 97.3% in November from the final reading of 97.5% in October, according to its Thursday flash data filed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Central Tokyo occupancy fell to 97% from 97.6%, while the rate in the Tokyo Metropolitan City was unchanged at 98.5%.

Occupancy rates at four major regional cities were unchanged at 95.6% while other regional cities' occupancy rates remained at 99.6%.
