ServiceNow (NOW) said Tuesday it intends to acquire Veza, a Los Gatos, California-based identity security company.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ServiceNow plans to incorporate Veza's identity visibility, intelligence, and governance capabilities into its security portfolio.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions, according to the company.
