Dec 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** TotalEnergies <TTEF.PA> will sell a 40% stake in two offshore exploration licenses in Nigeria to Chevron <CVX.N>, in a move aimed at strengthening collaboration between the French and U.S. energy giants, the company said .
