New home prices in China increased faster in November at 0.37% month-on-month compared with a gain of 0.28% in October, Reuters reported Monday, citing the China Index Academy.
Resale prices fell 0.94% in November compared with 0.84% in October, Reuters said, citing the property research firm.
The decline in prices in the secondary home market could mean the crisis has yet to wear out, the report said.
