Richly Field China Development (HKG:0313) reported HK$45.8 million in attributable loss for the fiscal first half, narrowing from a loss of HK$48.0 million a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Sunday.
Shares of the property developer gained nearly 5% in morning trade Monday.
Loss per share for the half year ended Sept. 30 was HK$0.0393, compared with HK$0.0411 in the prior year.
Revenue rose 4.6% year on year to HK$21.7 million, figures showed.
