Nayax (NYAX) said Thursday that it has acquired AI-enabled electric vehicle charging platform Lynkwell for $25.9 million in cash.

The company said the acquisition will bring in Lynkwell's suite of products and services for deploying and operating charging infrastructure.

Shares of Nayax were up 2.5% pre-bell.
