Bausch Health Companies (BHC) said Monday its aesthetic business, Solta Medical, has completed the acquisition of Wuhan Shibo Zhenmei Technology, its long-time distribution partner in China.

As of Monday, Wuhan Shibo Zhenmei became a wholly owned subsidiary of Solta Medical, taking full responsibility for distributing Solta's aesthetic products in the Chinese market, including Thermage FLX and other aesthetic devices, Bausch Health said.
