Wonderful Sky Financial Group Holdings (HKG:1260) posted HK$56.4 million in profit for the fiscal first half, up from HK$28.3 million a year earlier, according to a Nov. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the financial services group were up 1% in Monday afternoon trade.

Earnings per share for the six months ended Sept. 30 came in at HK$0.049, compared with HK$0.0246 in the prior-year period.

Revenue rose to HK$133.1 million from HK$89.3 million.
