The Board comprises Executive Directors Ms. Zhu Guohua, Mr. Gu Jianguo, and Mr. Wang Yichuan; Non-Executive Directors Mr. Kwok Chi Lap and Mr. Li Qiang; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Li Wanyu and Mr. Chan Chi Wai.
