In the LPG segment, both vessels, M/T Dream Terrax and M/T Dream Syrax, are secured on multi-period charters. The M/T Dream Terrax, a 2020-built LPG carrier, operates under a time charter at a gross monthly rate of $345,000 until February 2026, which will increase to $353,000 until January 2027. The M/T Dream Syrax, a 2015-built LPG carrier, is on a time charter at a gross monthly rate of $353,000 until March 2026. These contracts provide the company with contracted revenue exceeding $5.5 million and cover 59% of ownership days for 2026. In the tanker segment, the M/T Wonder Mimosa, a 2006-built Handysize tanker, continues to operate in a commercial pool. The vessel achieved a gross daily rate of $19,442 in November 2025, representing a 19% increase from the previous month. The gross daily rates were $14,871 in September 2025 and $16,349 in October 2025. The company states that these results reflect its strategy of combining fixed charter coverage with spot market exposure.
