International Business Settlement (HKG:0147) said it agreed to supply 1.61 million integrated-circuit chips to HK Australis Tech under a sales contract worth about $20 million, according to a Dec. 05 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 9% in Monday morning trade.
The company said the deal broadens its computer-equipment product portfolio and supports expansion into the IC-chip market.
HK Australis Tech is a wholly owned unit of Shenzhen Nanji Optoelectronics Technology (SHE:300940), the filing said.
