XOMA Royalty (XOMA) said Friday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Mural Oncology (MURA).

The acquisition was approved by Mural shareholders on Oct. 24 and later was sanctioned by the Irish High Court on Dec. 3, XOMA Royalty said.

Mural Oncology shares will be delisted from Nasdaq and deregistered, XOMA Royalty said.
