Consumer stocks were declining premarket Monday, with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLP) 0.1% lower and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) down 0.3%.

Unilever (UL) spin-off The Magnum Ice Cream Co. said its shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday under the ticker "MICC." Unilever shares were down more than 6% pre-bell.
