Anson Resources' (ASX:ASN) A1 Lithium subsidiary entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Utah-based physics company Nusano for the supply of high-purity lithium chloride produced at the Green River project in Utah, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will supply sample lithium chloride from the project for qualification by Nusano to enable further negotiations toward a definitive five-year supply agreement, with an optional extension for another five years, the filing said.

Anson Resources' shares were down more than 1% in recent Monday trade.
