IPC (SGX:AZA) completed the disposal of 800 preferred shares in the capital of Nest Hotel Japan, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

In an earlier filing, the company had agreed with Greenfield Advisors to dispose of the shares for 2.6 billion Japanese yen.
