Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) declared a dividend of AU$0.2483 per security for the six months ended Dec. 31, up from AU$0.2342 per security last year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend is payable on Feb. 27, 2026, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, the filing said.
