Agile Group Holdings Limited has released an updated list of directors and their roles, filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board is chaired by Mr. Chen Zhuo Lin, who also serves as President and Executive Director, as well as Chairperson of the Executive Committee. Madam Yue Yuan is Executive Director and serves as Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee, in addition to being a member of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Executive Committees. Non-executive Directors include Mr. Chan Cheuk Hung, Mr. Chan Cheuk Hei, and Mr. Chan Cheuk Nam. The Board also comprises Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon, who chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees; Mr. Hui Chiu Chung, Stephen JP, who chairs the Nomination Committee and is a member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Risk Management Committees; and Dr. Peng Shuolong, who chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit, Nomination, and Risk Management Committees.
