Key highlights include a 47 percent reduction in average home energy consumption compared to the 2006 HERS® new home benchmark, the establishment of over 150 Certified Natural Open Spaces™, and the protection of more than 9,200 acres of Certified Wildlife Habitat®. The company also submitted its first CDP disclosure and aligned its reporting with SASB, GRI, SDGs, and TCFD frameworks.
