Jinhui (HKG:0137) unit Jinfeng Marine procured Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering to build it a vessel for nearly $33.5 million, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The vessel, comprising a deadweight 64,500 metric ton type bulk carrier, will be delivered to the company on or before Oct. 31, 2028.
