Lotus Resources (ASX:LOT) plans to consolidate its share capital on an 11.5-for-one basis, subject to the receipt of shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Jan. 16, 2026, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It proposed the reduction of the number of Lotus shares on issue to around 236 million. All options and performance rights issued by the firm will be consolidated in the same ratio as the shares.
Post-consolidation trading will begin on a deferred settlement basis on Jan. 20.
The firm's shares fell 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
