Sirnaomics (HKG:2257) said Chairman and Executive Director Poon Hung Fai bought 100,000 shares in the open market on Dec. 8 at an average price of about HK$6.83 each, for a total consideration of roughly HK$683,000, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
