Golden Horse Minerals (ASX:GHM) said drill testing of the Lake View prospect in Western Australia identified zones of shallow gold mineralization, while reverse circulation drilling at the Baby Queen prospect suggested depth extensions of a high-grade zone around 50 meters vertically below historical workings exposed at surface, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered an intercept of two meters at 2.5 grams per tonne grade of gold from 25 meters at Lake View, and an intercept of two meters at 8.1g/t grade of gold from 64 meters at Baby Queen.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Tuesday.
