CTF Capital, owned by the Cheng family, has indirectly transferred about 5.3 billion shares of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery (HKG:1929) to Chow Tai Fook Enterprises (CTFE), according to recent HKEX shareholder filings.

A filing shows that the shares were moved to Beyond Luck Limited on Dec. 5 under Chow Tai Fook Capital Limited. After the transfer, CTF Capital directly held about 1.6 billion shares.

Following the restructuring, CTF Capital continued to be deemed interested in 73.38% of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery through its interests in CTFE and Beyond Luck.

CTFE currently reports interests of 53.93% in Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, 73.98% in CTF Services (HKG:0659), and 45.24% in New World Development (HKG:0017), The Standard reported separately.
