Nanoveu's (ASX:NVU) Embedded AI Systems subsidiary is working with Nasdaq-listed Semtech to integrate the company's ultra-low-power (ECS-DoT) edge-AI System-on-Chip with Semtech's LoRa transceivers, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The integration combines the two technologies to support a new class of devices for industrial and Internet of Things markets, the filing said.

Nanoveu shares rose past 7% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
