Dexus (ASX:DXS) said health and wellness company H&H Group opened a new national operations center at Horizon 3023 industrial estate in Victoria, covering 17,000 square meters, according to a statement on Tuesday.

The facility will serve as H&H Group's national and international distribution hub for its Swisse and Biostime brands.

Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and Dexus Australian Logistics Trust are the owners of Horizon 3023.
