New Era Energy & Digital Inc. has announced significant progress on its Texas Critical Data Centers (TCDC) campus, a flagship AI data center and power development project located on a planned 438-acre site in Ector County near Odessa, Texas. The project is a 50/50 joint venture with Sharon AI, Inc. and aims to deliver multi-gigawatt scalable digital infrastructure. The company is advancing engineering, commercial, and regulatory workstreams, including negotiations with leading hyperscalers for long-term leases and partnerships with modular data-center manufacturers to ensure rapid, scalable deployment. New Era expects to reach a Final Investment Decision by the end of Q1 2026, with Phase I delivery and initial revenue generation slated for 2027. The company is also working with the City of Odessa to secure essential municipal services, further de-risking the project and laying the groundwork for long-term operations.
