National Storage REIT (ASX:NSR) declared a dividend of AU$0.06 per stapled security for the six months ending Dec. 31, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company declared a dividend of AU$0.055 per stapled security last year.

The dividend is payable to shareholders on Feb. 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31, the filing said.
