** USAR says it will accelerate commercialization timeline for its Round Top heavy rare earth deposit in Texas

** Co plans to begin production by late 2028, two years earlier than previously expected

** Expects to begin operating its Hydromet demonstration facility in Colorado early in 2026

** Up to last close, stock up 52.53% YTD
