Rezolute (RZLT) reported Thursday that a phase 3 study, evaluating ersodetug in patients with congenital hyperinsulinism, failed to meet its primary or key secondary endpoints.

Shares of the company plunged 87% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 100.6 million from a daily average of about 1.6 million.

ChowChow Cloud International (CHOW) reported on Thursday unusual trading activity in its ordinary shares on the NYSE American on Dec. 10 and 11.

The company said "there has been no material development in its business and affairs not previously disclosed or, to its knowledge, any other reason to account for the unusual market action."

Shares of ChowChow slumped 36% as intraday trading volume soared to over 7.2 million from a daily average of about 1 million.

Oracle's (ORCL) fiscal Q2 sales missed revenue expectations, as it reported a negative free cash flow of $10 billion and guided a $15 billion increase in its capital expenditure forecast for fiscal 2026.

Shares of the tech giant dropped 11% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 75.5 million from a daily average of roughly 25.1 million.
