1759 ET - Adobe expects its pending acquisition of Semrush to drive new user acquisition with both individuals and businesses, executives say on an analyst call. Semrush, a digital marketing platform, will help people and businesses shape how their brands appear online and on large-language models, says Anil Chakravarthy, Adobe's president of digital experience. Adobe sees now as the right time to buy the company because brands are looking for new ways to stay relevant as AI alters how people search for things, Chakravarthy says.
