Mechanical and electrical engineering services provider Ever Glory United (SGX:ZKX) launched a public offer of up to 2.0 million offer shares at SG$0.64 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Novus Corporate Finance was appointed as the financial adviser and public offer coordinator, with the offer closing on Dec. 17, the filing said.
