Adecoagro (AGRO) said early Friday it priced an underwritten offering of about 41.4 million shares at $7.25 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $300 million.

The company said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.1 million shares.

The offering is expected to close on Monday.

Shares were over 2% lower in premarket trade.
