Latham (SWIM) said late Monday it has appointed Sean Gadd as chief executive officer and president, effective Jan. 5, following a board-led succession process and the planned retirement of CEO Scott Rajeski.

Gadd most recently served as president of North America at James Hardie (JHX), Latham said.
