Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA) agreed to sell its 1% of rights and interests in Huzhou Dixi Gengdu Ecological Agriculture Development to Leigu Investments for 400,000 yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Huzhou Dixi is a real estate developer based in China and has management rights over a land parcel which covers a site area of 320 hectares.

The disposal is an opportunity for the company to commence its initial exit and gradual withdrawal from the Huzhou project.
