Wuxi Taiji Industry (SHA:600667) subsidiary Haitai Semiconductor plans to sell up to $85 million of its accounts receivable to China Construction Bank (SHA:601939, HKG:0939).
The receivables are amounts owed by SK Hynix (KRX:000660) for services provided in November and December, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Haitai Semiconductor will pay an estimated service fee of about $285,000.
Shares of the semiconductor company were down 2% Thursday.
