The head of Procter & Gamble's health care division will retire next year.

The maker of Tide laundry detergent and Crest toothpaste said Monday that Jennifer Davis will retire effective June 30, 2026, following more than three decades with the company.

Davis' retirement follows several executive changes at the packaged-goods company this summer. P&G previously said Alexandra Keith would retire as chief executive of its global beauty business early next year, and it named Shailesh Jejurikar its new top officer.

P&G's health care business includes oral care brands such as Crest and Oral-B, as well as personal health care brands including Pepto-Bismol and Vicks. The unit accounted for 14% of the company's roughly $84 billion in sales during its fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, according to the company's latest annual filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company disclosed Davis' planned retirement but didn't indicate any succession plans.

David joined P&G in 1993 as an account handler and held various roles of increasing responsibility through 2022, when she was appointed to CEO of the company's health care unit, according to her LinkedIn profile.
