Caelum (KOSDAQ:A258610) has merged with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hana ITM, in a small-scale consolidation, according to its bourse filing on Tuesday.

As Callum already owned 100% of Hana ITM's stock, the merger was structured without issuing new shares.

All assets and liabilities of Hana ITM will be transferred to the surviving company, Callum, upon its dissolution.
