China Beidahuang Industry Group Holdings Limited has filed an updated list of directors and their roles with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Ke Xionghan and Mr. Li Jianli; Non-executive Directors Mr. Yang Guang (Vice-chairman), Ms. Ho Wing Yan, Mr. Li Dawei, and Ms. Qin Haixia; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Chen Zhifeng, Ms. Lai Pik Chi Peggy, and Mr. Zheng Yuchun. Committee memberships were also disclosed. The Audit Committee includes Ms. Lai Pik Chi Peggy and Mr. Chen Zhifeng. Mr. Chen Zhifeng serves on both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. The company also noted that, pursuant to a High Court of Hong Kong order, Mr. Liu Xiaopeng, Mr. Chong Cha Hwa, Mr. Yang Yunguang, and Mr. Wong Tak Fan Frankie are currently restrained from acting as directors of the company.
