Industrial services shares gained the most on New Zealand's Exchange, rising nearly 3% by midday Tuesday.

Shares of Ventia Services Group (NZE:VNT, ASX:VNT) rose almost 3% in recent trade.

Meanwhile, energy minerals shares fell nearly 2%.

Shares of Channel Infrastructure (NZE:CHI) drove the decline, falling more than 1% in recent trade.
