Articore Group (ASX:ATG) has appointed Derek Yung as group chief financial officer, effective January 2026, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Yung most recently served as CFO of TransForce, a North American transportation and logistics company. Yung also held CFO roles at Wine.com and at eHealth, an omnichannel health insurance marketplace, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
