Karbon Capital Partners (KBONU) closed its initial public offering, raising $345 million.
The offering of 34.5 million units at $10 each included 4.5 million units from the underwriter's full exercise of its overallotment option, the blank-check company said Friday in a statement.
Each unit contains one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of a warrant.
The units debuted on the Nasdaq Global Market on Thursday. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol KBON, with the warrants trading under KBONW.
